01 — Definitions

How to Fund Your Account

WinSpirit accepts deposits via a range of payment methods. All deposits are processed in real time where technically possible. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method.

Bonus Terms: What You Need to Know

All bonuses and promotional offers are governed by these general terms plus any specific terms attached to each individual offer.

WinSpirit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already deposited under a promotion will not be affected by changes made after their deposit is confirmed.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

Fraud & false identity: Registering with false personal details, impersonating another person, or submitting forged documents during KYC.

Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account per person, per household, or per IP address — whether under your own name or aliases.

Bonus abuse: Structured wagering, low-risk strategies, or coordinated multi-account activity designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.

Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live games, poker, or tournaments to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

10 — Gameplay Rules

Fair Play & Game Rules

11 — Account Suspension & Closure

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any WinSpirit content without our prior written permission.

You may not use WinSpirit’s name, logo, or trademarks in any advertising, promotional material, or social media without written authorisation.

Game content (RNG outputs, paytables, game mechanics) is proprietary to each game provider. WinSpirit is not liable for and cannot authorise use of third-party game content.

You are permitted to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment as expressly intended. No other licence is granted.

13 — Liability & Disputes

Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Maximum liability: Where liability is established, WinSpirit’s maximum liability to any player in respect of any single event is limited to the player’s account balance at the time of the event.

Dispute process: To raise a dispute, contact support in writing within 30 days of the event. Include your username, date, game name, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 10 business days.
